Another delicious treat arrived on my doorstep this month! Thanks to my involvement in Bakin' Friends, I got to enjoy these tasty peppermint chocolate cookies. I had sent cookies to Anne last month, and she spoiled me for December.
These cookies were made with a cake mix! I never would have guessed! The flavor was nice and chocolatey, with a peppermint kick. I will definitely use Anne's recipe to try a few different variations of this cookie. I'm thinking peanut butter chips? M&Ms? I have a feeling either will be delicious! Thanks Anne for this tasty holiday cookie.
